a beautiful icon, in exchange for a credit and a pointer to his web
site. He ended up getting paid work as a result of the advertising.
Also, although PhotoShop is expensive, PhotoShop Elements can be
had for as little as $30, and has all the tools you need. Make the
final icon by dragging the PSD file onto Pic2Icon, which is
freeware.
