I'll SECOND That !
From what I've guessed, Apple Frameworks was born of the OpenStep
Foundation Kit.
And ...
There was a bunch of porting that needed to be done to get from the
NeXTStep
AppKit to the OpenStep Foundation(s). I bailed at this point and just
stuck with NS,
so I'm a bit blurry here. My client got mad at NeXT and immediately
started their
migration over to the dark side.
I would be surprised to learn that Apple is supporting any of those old
migration
tools & tips to get from NS to OS.
But ...
It sure would be cool if they did and much cooler still if they would
help us port even older NeXT
Apps DIRECTLY to OSX ?
Cuz' I've got a few.

Can anyone comment on the level of effort required to port a legacy
application from NextStep to Cocoa? Has anyone does this? I would very
much like to hear about your experiences.
Thanks,
