This is WHY Apple ought to clarify the Aqua HI Guidelines! If their app breaks because a file, folder, or app is moved/renamed it's a BUG!
groan...we're retrogressing to the point of UNIX...
BTW you can move an open app, but can't rename it. You can also rename a host folder or a host non-root volume so the absolute path can change at any time!
