More help with my spellchecker please

Hi there everyone,
I'll try and be a bit more concise this time. here are my questions:
1. Double Clicks
I need to know when the user has double clicked on an item in a
NSTableView. How do I do this?
2. Red Underlines
I have looked high and low but can't find how to do the spelling
mistake red underline thing. Is this some sort of private thing or is
it possible to do this?
Also, if anyone does know how to do this, do they know how to do it
better than it is? There are two options: 'Check Spelling' and 'Check
Spelling As You Type'. Check spelling only highlights the first
misspelled word and then stops after the first correction is made.
Check spelling as you type only works if you have it on as you type (or
if you arrow-key through the text). I want to be able to underline all
misspelled words when commanded.
3. Available Language Dictionaries
I need to be able to recreate the language selection pop-up button but
don't know how to get a list of all the available languages. How?
4. A bit of a long shot
Does anyone know where I could get a list of sentences that help to
show the meaning of words? For example, to show the meaning of the
word car we could have "He got into the car and drove away". I know
probably nobody can help me with this but I am getting kind of
desperate now. By the way I have funds to pay for a license for it if
required.
