There's a 6. case.
The bug report is real and good, and it should have been a high level
bug since it's kernel panicking the OS but since you're the only one
reporting the bug and it's extremely difficult to reproduce and so fix,
the bug is closed even-though you provided all the information you
could possible gave. This one occurred lately to me. But it just
represents 0.55 % of the bugs reported in one year, so it's not a big
deal.
