It's becoming a bit OT so I will be short.
There was such a thing in the Mac OS X's world for one segment of OS X,
it was the Darwin Bug Radar site (a really good solution).
It got closed due to some privacy (not disclosing confidential
information from the guys reporting the bugs) concerns IIRC.
