well that's the all point.
you could sat down, download 121 MB (.NET dev SDK), buy C# for dummies
and start coding happily at once.
It worked for me.
Maybe it's wrong, but it's a better user experience and it's more
productive.
Ok, that might be evil, but weaker mind easily fall prey of such traps
...
start coding WHAT all at once? "Hello, MSWorld!"?
In minutes i would know what were the however-crude UI standards of
Windows?
The guy starts off saying how much he loves the Mac but later bemoans a
single-button mouse? Not buying it.
