"Minimize your movements to work faster and with less fatigue" is a synonym for "subject yourself to repetitive stress injuries." Move more while you're working; not less. Speed is not your #1 priority. Or, rather, shouldn't be.

Umm... no. Repetitive stress injuries are caused by repetitive movement. It doesn't matter _at all_ what size or kind of movement - you do a single [set] of movement[s] repeatedly, you are likely to get RSI.

Someone moves a mouse all day, they get RSI of the wrist/forearm. They move their arms around all day (Minority Report style), they get shoulder/neck/back problems.
