Core dumps on MacOS X

  • Subject: Core dumps on MacOS X

My apologies for cross posting this to Darwin dev.

I am trying to get a core dump on MacOS X for debugging. By default, OS X
10.2x just seems to make crash log entries, but no core dump.

I have tried a number of changes under limit/ulimit but without success.
Apple's developer support seems to have nothing.

Can anyone make a suggestion?

Bill Northcott
