Registering File Types or Icons
Registering File Types or Icons

Hello All,
if I create a new file extension ( .bcproj, say), and
associate an icon with this, do I have to register it with
Apple somewhere? I can not find definitive answers either
in the list archives or on the Apple Developer site.
