I found the argument in it very pertinent.

I'm sorry for the rant, and personally I prefer iTunes Music if only
for the music quality (I used to just buy CDs off half.com for a few
dollars then bother getting badly encoded illegal mp3s), and its a
fact that its illegal. I just feel that he has the right to request
help for a project that has not been convicted or even tried for any
crime without being attacked. Of course Apple, the owner of this list,
might and probably would disagree.
