NSToolbarItem Menu

Hi,

I looked over the SimpleToolbarExample, and saw that if its toolbar was in text only mode, it would show a menu. However, I couldn't find out how to do this in Icon & Text or Icon Only modes. I've seen this done in other Cocoa applications such as Keynote. If someone could tell me how to do it, that'd be great!
