nibtool problem

I'm trying to do the following:

nibtool -W Dutch.lproj/MainMenu.nib -d Dutch.lproj/MainMenu.strings English.lproj/MainMenu.nib

and I get this error:

nibtool: could not open `Dutch.lproj/MainMenu.strings'.

I'm 100% sure the MainMenu.strings exists and that it isn't used by any other apps.

Any ideas?
