Still having table view problems...

  • Subject: Still having table view problems...

I sent an e-mail a few days ago to the list detailing how if you add a column to a table view, you don't move or resize any of the columns, and then quit your application, the newly added column will not show up on the subsequent launch of the application, assuming you have the auto-save feature on (I guess this is because it doesn't realize a column has been added, and so the preferences do not update accordingly, and then the app doesn't place the column on next launch because it doesn't find it in the preferences). Does anybody know how to force an application to update it's column settings in preferences so this doesn't happen?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
