I'm looking into translating our applications into French, German, Italian, and Japanese. The applications include strings, Interface Builder resources, and help web pages.

Does anyone know of any one-stop shops for doing all of these translations?

Also, does anyone have specific experience in one of those languages? The ones I'm looking for most of all are Italian and Japanese because I think I have translators for French and German.

Any help is appreciated.
