There is a couple or two of quite good accessor generators in the net.
There must be parsers for h, m and mm files among others... in the

gcc.
gcc is too huge for quick reference or for reuse in a program, I am
afraid.
There are patches for KDE's KDevelop, which add an ObjC class browser.
Though I had never a look at it, I think that could be what you are
looking for.
