vCal utility/framework?

Is there a Cocoa-based vCalendar framework or a utility to handle import/export of vCalendars? I searched Cocoadev, Mamasam and Apple's Developer site but found nothing like this. I'm currently writing my own vCal export method and even though a vCal is essentially just a bunch of strings, I don't want to spend my time writing the code if it's already available somewhere (call me lazy) and all I need to do is give it the relevant info. Or does Apple intend to release a vCal framework in the future? I guess the same question could apply for a vCard framework/utility too.

Thanks.
Yuhui
