Help Book Problems

  • Subject: Help Book Problems

Hello All,

I finally managed to build a Help Book for my application.
The book is written in HTML.

First problem is the time to load up the index page. Help
Viewer takes around fifteen seconds to load the index page,
this on a fairly fully configured G4. Then every time I click
a link, there is another five to six second delay, even for
intra-page links. Any idea why this tectonic response? Every
other help book I look at loads fast.

Second problem is to get my App icon to show up in the Help
Viewer drawer along with the title. I have tried pretty much
every combination of messing around with paths and image names
and so forth, and the App icon never shows up --- just the default
Help Viewer icon.

Many Thanks,
........ Henry
