How many people are working on freeware, shareware, or traditional

Lots. I'm working on shareware.
Are custom vertical applications being written with Cocoa ? (sounds
like the answer is mostly no)
Yes, they are, and this is one market where Cocoa has traditionally

Are games being written with Cocoa ?
Makes little sense o write games in high-level toolkits. The bulk of
game engine code should be in something fast like C/OpenGL or similar.
