I have heard that Apple is so inundated with "bug reports" made from
within Safari (e.g. hundreds of thousands) that individual reports
pretty much go ignored.
If you have a bug, the real way to report it is to use radar
(bugreport.apple.com). Then it will get tracked seriously.
But Apple doesn't publish their bug databases, alas. All you can do is
report them, and see what happens....

In the past three weeks I have submitted a couple of fairly
serious bugs on Safari. One bug involved forms not being displayed
correctly when the form elements use styles; the other bug
involved ignoring JavaScript embedded within anchor elements.
I have received no acknowledgment that the reports were received
or that anything will be done, or even whether they consider them
bugs at all (they might be re-defined as 'features').
Is there a database of known Safari bugs? I poked around on
the Apple web pages and did not see anything that looked like
what I was looking for.
Best Wishes,
