Probably permissions related. Using ra_dav for all access is probably
the easiest at this point.

If anyone has Subversion questions, please feel free to post on the
mailing list or drop by #svn on freenode IRC - there are usually a
few of us there who run Subversion on Mac OS X. I've run a server
since last July and been largely happy.
One of my own Subversion servers, hosted on Mac OS X, is publically
accessible: <
http://svn.sabi.net/>. Just yesterday I got syntax
coloring working with ViewCVS (despite the name, it works with
Subversion too).
