anonymous and an email address worked for me.

Perhaps you should see if they still have the Chartsmith Server API to the application. In the NeXT days you could connect to CS via a Distributed Objects model and generate charts and then get the images back.

Anyone should be able to help you www.blackmsith.com. I don't know if the API is there in the current version, but feedback is always useful if it isn't.

Also.. VVI-DCS (www.vvi.com) sells charting frameworks for OS X as well...
