Getting and displaying application icons

  • Subject: Getting and displaying application icons

I want my program to find the application icons of other programs and show
them.

I start with a file, say Something.app. I suppose that I use NSBundle
pathForResource to find the .icns in the file. Where do I go from there?

Where is the structure of the icons documented? Classes, methods for
finding them?

Any information appreciated.
