Hello,
I'm reading a NSData object from a file which has a size about 5Mo to
10Mo. In this file I've writed only strings.
I can read in the Cocoa documentation that NSData object use virtual
memory, so I don't care about it. If I "converse" this NSData in
NSString like this :
NSString *bigString = [[NSString alloc] initWithData: bigData
encoding:[NSString defaultCStringEncoding] ;
What's happens ?
Where is stored the NSString object ?
What is the best way to read a BIG string file and parse it ? NSScanner
is OK for big file ?
Thank you very much.
