I would agree with publiclook with two exceptions: If you are trying to make
contact with Apple engineers to solve a problem or network with developer
relations managers to get attention to your product.
In the past I have had contact with DTS engineers and got problems solved
that would have cost a technical incident and have gotten inside Apple for a
look at a product we were developing.
(The food ain't that good!)
