No, anyone is perfectly free to use whatever hacks they wish. What is
unreasonable, however, is to complain when those hacks break their
system or if as a developer they make use of private API which is
subsequently changed. Or if you wish to complain, perhaps you might
first review your EULA (in particular section 2C)...
