I have upgraded to panther, and I see that my CPU Monitor app has disappeared. I don't see an app in the Utilities folder that might be its replacement, either. It seems odd that Apple would drop the ability to monitor CPU utilization...

The CPU Monitor functionality was moved into a new application called Activity Monitor.

I also notice that Disk Copy is gone, too...

Mounting is integrated into the Finder now, and the rest of Disk Copy can be found in the Disk Utility application.
