Panther missing software?

I have upgraded to panther, and I see that my CPU Monitor app has
disappeared. I don't see an app in the Utilities folder that might be
its replacement, either. It seems odd that Apple would drop the
ability to monitor CPU utilization...
I also notice that Disk Copy is gone, too...
Anyone else notice this? Is there perhaps a set of software that I
need to manually install, or a category which I forgot to select at
install time?
