Problem Launching Cocoa App...

Somebody with a g5 emailed me saying that my cocoa program is giving the
following console message and refusing to run:
WindowServer[1612]: ERROR! execle() returned, err=22
It runs just fine on my computer, and I don't know what this problem is.
He has tried redownloading the app and running it, but still has the same
problem. I tired downloading it my self and ran it successfully, just to
make sure the file on the server was not bad.
