You *could* fairly easily roll your own, though. A couple minutes in Photoshop, at most.

Or if you're adventurous, you could even write the needed Quartz code to dynamically draw the edges. Or you could include directions (or a script) to extract the images from one of Apple's apps, like iTunes or Mail.app.
