No.
Well, you *can* write apps for Mac OS Classic using Objective C, but
you won't be able to use Cocoa. If you really want to do this, the
Portable Object Compiler has an MPW port... see

Note that both POC and Apple's gcc have extensions to the core
Objective-C language; some of the differences are listed here:

(I don't know anything about classic Mac OS [well, very little,
anyway], so please don't ask me for help getting this working... I just
know it's possible, if you're keen enough ;->)
