OT: ADC Technical Support problems

  • Subject: OT: ADC Technical Support problems

Hi,

Recently I've purchased ADC Select membership. It contains two technical support incidents. On October 3 I've wrote to email@hidden my technical incident. I've followed all Technical Incident e-mail guidelines. On the same day I've got automated response that says that my e-mail was reviewed and answer will be received soon. Nine days have passed. Still no answer. Few days ago I've wrote to ADC Support about my problem. I've received response from them telling that my e-mail was redirected to appropriate department. Still no answer. It is weekend so I don't expect to get answer until monday or tuesday. The point of this e-mail is to ask if any other people had problems like these? How did you solve it?

Thank you,
Aidas
