For now, you can look at
/Developer/Examples/InterfaceBuilder/ControllerPlay; there are also 2
ADC TV sessions from this year's WWDC on the subject. The intro session
is Number 412 (Cocoa User Interface Programming), and the second is 419
(Cocoa UI Programming in Depth). With that stuff and a little playing
around you can kind of piece it together.
