For now, you can look at /Developer/Examples/InterfaceBuilder/ControllerPlay; there are also 2 ADC TV sessions from this year's WWDC on the subject. The intro session is Number 412 (Cocoa User Interface Programming), and the second is 419 (Cocoa UI Programming in Depth). With that stuff and a little playing around you can kind of piece it together.

FWIW, the topic is still technically under NDA, for another week.

That said, the new Panther features are incredibly powerful, and easy to use. A lot can be done without using the actual controller objects themselves, thanks to the bindings on most AppKit view objects.

My application, which is now Panther-only, uses the new controller architecture exclusively.
