Hi all,
Well... I've solved the mystery... It turns out that in some icns files,
it's possible for each of the images contained in said file to have their
own "names". (In this case, I had one image in the icns file which was named
the same as the file name, minus the .icns extension.)
What happened here is that I'd renamed the icns file but not the image
contained within that file. This is what caused the "missing file" error.
The file itself was, in fact, there -- however, the build process couldn't
find the appropriate image in the icns file.
Hopefully, if nothing else, this will help others from having to deal with
this again. :)
Thank you to everyone who offered suggestions. :)

The same error. The IDE clearly finds the icon file, but the build process
clearly does not.
Could you send us the build command that causes the error? (It appears
somewhere in Project Builder when you click the button at the right of
"Show Warnings" above the build log - the one with an icon representing
lines of text.)
