editlive is a pretty basic HTML editor
I guess it depends on what you mean by WYSIWYG HTML editor...
paragraphs, ol, ul, h[1-6] support? or frames, css, etc..

Aside from the fact that WebKit has no concept of editing, a
selection, or an insertion point, it also doesn't expose the parsed
HTML tree of it's contents. Being able to get the HTML that is the
current selection, along with the start, length in the HTML view,
would be key to accomplishing this.
