Doing a an WYSIWYG HTML editor would be extremely hard. If I were to
do it I would try porting the Mozilla Composer app which is the best
free WYSIWYG editor on the mac. If you could make it as Mac friendly
as Camio is you'd have a sure hit.

Aside from the fact that WebKit has no concept of editing, a
selection, or an insertion point, it also doesn't expose the parsed
HTML tree of it's contents. Being able to get the HTML that is the
current selection, along with the start, length in the HTML view,
would be key to accomplishing this.
