About Key Bindings.

file://localhost/Developer/Documentation/Cocoa/Conceptual/InputManager/index
.html

The default key-bindings dictionary is in the file
/System/Library/Frameworks/AppKit.framework/Resources/StandardKeyBinding.di
ct.

A user can override the default dictionary entirely by providing a
dictionary file at the path

~/Library/KeyBindings/DefaultKeyBinding.dict.
