Don't forget that since 1987, there isn't just "the screen".
The last Mac I developed on with one monitor was a 128K upgraded to 1 meg..

Remember to tip-toe through the list of ALL monitors for your real-estate needs.

(nothing sucks more than having some app not let me drag a window, or REMEMBER
that I've drug a window on to one of my other monitors)

oh, and negative horizontal and vertical coordinates are legal too, if the
monitor is above or to the left of the main one.
