Bounds of the entire screen

Hi,
I am looking for a method to get the bounds of the screen, that is he Ymax and Xmax of the usable portion of the screen (these are basically the resolution minus the space for the menu and the dock )

Does anyone have an idea or a link I could use ?

Thanks in advance

Damien Pacaud
