As someone else has already stated, this question is not appropriate for the
Cocoa-Dev list. But for the archives, here is the answer to the more general
question: "How do I compile 'xyz' for OS X?". The answer is: you check if it
is already available via Fink (http://fink.sourceforge.net/).

And yes, XCircuit is available via Fink - it is in the "unstable" tree so go
and read about Fink and how to get the "unstable" stuff.
