In my copy of PB 2.1 (December 2002 dev. tools), the "Copy Files" build
phase gives me a choice to copy built plugins into the application's
bundle, by setting "Plug-ins" as the folder for "where"... I'm pretty
sure your PB should be able to do this as well.
