Installing Plugins on Build

I have an application that has a plugin architecture, and it's building and working and whatnot.

The problem I'm having is that I don't know how to get the main application (AppTarget) to include the plugins (PluginTarget, in the same project) in the Plugins folder. I can check the target box and it will put the plugin into the Resources folder, but I can't for the life of me determine how to get the plugin into the Plugins folder-- or even make the Plugins folder-- except by hand.

I suppose I could add a build phase that copies the plugin over, but that seems a little silly. Is that how one does this?
