Although I can understand the theoretical attraction of a namespace facility, I must say that I find a prefix (which is functionally identical) to be practically sufficient. No need to add yet another feature.

Ha ha ha ha.

Just the other day I had a client whose team I was "empowering" (Java s**t - pays the bill). The senior developer on the team asked me where I've learned this "prefix" practice. They (a bank btw) like it so much they would like to push it as a coding style for the entire organization.

Now, if someone could explain me the Java "feature" of not having header files, please? ;-)
