Whenever I've seen these issues it's always my fingers' fault. The key
events are being treated properly and in order (if I override
interpretKeyEvents: I get them just fine), but keyDown: is sometimes
just not being called when I type fast enough. I've never seen this
before and I couldn't find anything about it with Google.
