Cocoa App

Hi,

I have created a cocoa app and this might be off topic,
but when I got to back it up it takes up like 70 MB.
but when I got to the build directory and delete the Shared Caches Folder
it only takes 15 MB to back it up.

Is this alright to do? Deleting the Shared Caches Folder?
