Wow. That's unbelievable.
I'd start by contacting macupdate. I'm sure they don't want to be
distributing pirated software.
Beyond that, here's the domain contact info for petitpaulfactory.com from
the whois at tucows. You can try the email addresses there, and possibly get
tucows involved since they're the registrar of record.
