First off, it wouldn't hurt to send a note to all of the popular mac sites (macintouch, macfixit, macnn, etc) to get the word out. <snip>
so please ISP/hosting person, remove the offending site.

Nah.. Get the word out on the boards, including the offenders site, wait two weeks, THEN demand that the ISP shut him down. That is, if he hasn't been spammed/Slashdotted/PING'd/dDOS'd to death already..

The exciting and frightening thing about the Internet is the potential for vigilante-ism...
