First off, it wouldn't hurt to send a note to all of the popular mac
sites (macintouch, macfixit, macnn, etc) to get the word out. Plus,
make comments on the download sites (i.e. macupdate). If the person has
done it once, they've probably done it to somebody else as well, and
public awareness is a good thing for you. You could also try looking up
who's hosting their site and claim that they're violating <insert law
here> and distributing it, so please ISP/hosting person, remove the
offending site.
I've never dealt with something like this before though, so hopefully
these ideas are realistic. I hope that this helps.

I was wondering, is there any ideas you guys could give me as to how
to stop this person distributing the app? Any assistance is greatly
appreciated. This is definitely a first for me and I have heard of no
other application being copied in this way.
