Something like this happened to another developer several years ago. I
think it was discussed on Kagi's vendor list. If I recall correctly,
his experience was that unless he could show concrete evidence that
he'd lost at least $5,000 because of it, the FBI wouldn't even talk to
him about it. (And his local law enforcement employees didn't even
understand why it was an issue.) The problem, of course, is that you
can't really tell how much you've lost to the stolen version because
you don't know how many people are downloading and buying the stolen
version instead of the real version (unless you can get his payment
processor(s) to give you that information). Certainly, a letter from
your lawyer to the payment processors asking them to cease and desist
selling the copy would help stop the sales, though.
In any case, since this appears to be crossing international borders,
it's almost certainly going to be a PITA for local law enforcement, the
FBI, and/or lawyers. The most I can really contribute is "dude, that
sucks". I think you'll have to rely on the user community to choose
the correct product and help you shame the perpetrator into oblivion :)
